COVID-19 Announcment

We at Warwick Family Services, Inc., MCC care about our family of employees and clients. In light of the recent COV-19 outbreak, we have been working around the clock to ensure that our programs remain available to those who need us. We remain steadfast in our quest to provide a vision of emotional health and healing to children, adolescents, and their families, as well as the elderly home-bound and the ID community.  To that end we are heading every precaution, and  have initiated the following revisions to program operations:

Our Family Based Program, which traditionally provides in-home, child-centered, family focused therapy, has instituted the use of Zoom to provide clients with therapeutic services, without the risk of possible virus exposure to clients and staff. Our Staff is on call 24/7 to assist clients. We continue to provide services in PHL, Bucks, Montco, Chester, Berks, Lehigh, Northampton, Carbon, Monroe and Pike Counties. We are not only providing services to families that have been with us for years, but are prepared to assist new clients as well.

Our Outpatient Program, which has been offering a “strength based” and trauma informed approach to therapy for children, adolescents and families, as well as trauma informed systemic treatment for adults from our corporate office, has implemented telehealth, which allows our Doctors and Clinicians to offer therapy to clients from the comfort and sanctuary of their own homes, thereby eliminating possible exposure to clients and providers. We are operating at normal capacity and have been able to provide service without interruption. We welcome the opportunity to provide services to new patients.

Residential Treatment Facility at the Warwick House, in Warminster, PA. which offers our highest level of care to children and adolescents from ages 5-14 years of age.  Our staff has shown outstanding dedication to ensuring services continue without interruption. Further, as the Warwick House continues to operate with a formalized plan to address potential exposure risks, our Staff and residents are practicing universal precautions. Visitors have been effectively limited and outside trips have been cancelled.

Associates Home Care, Inc., which services bucks and Chester Counties, has been providing compassionate in-home support services to the elderly home bound and the ID community since 1999, continues to address client need and ensure that needed home sessions take place.  Coordination and communication with agencies is in place so that no client is placed at risk. Our Staff has been working tirelessly to ensure services are provided as needed.

Unfortunately, Bright Beginners Academy will remain closed in accordance with mandatory order set forth by Governor Tom Wolf. We remain optimistic and enthusiastic regarding the opportunity to serve our clients and provide the optimal early childhood education and child care experience for our families as soon as regulations re lifted, and it is safe to resume classes.

We have increased sanitation services throughout our corporate headquarters, and offered Administrative Staff to work reduced hours, with staggering schedule to increase opportunity for social distancing. Our Managers meet every morning to review and revise all policy and procedure to remain compliant and up to date with the ever-changing CDC recommendations. We have implemented Zoom via internet with Management, Clinical Staff, Field Staff and Administrative Staff to ensure effective open communication. We are here to address any concern, as we care about those who have entrusted us to serve them, as well as all of our valued Staff.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to serve you. if there is anything we can do to improve your professional experience during these challenging times, please let us know.

We will continue to provide our family of clients and Staff with updates regarding procedures and policies.

Thank you,

Maureen Stoll
